IAGC International Conference

To “generate” means to create something new. The core focus of Generative Change is creativity: How do you create a successful and meaningful work life? How do you create great personal relationships? How do you develop a great relationship with yourself — your body, your past, your future, your wounds, and your gifts? These are the basic challenges in leading an extraordinary life. The processes of Generative Change offer a way to succeed at them.

We are the International Association for Generative Change (IAGC). We teach and apply Generative Change in our three branches: Generative Trance, Generative Coaching, and Generative Change in Business.

We invite you to join us at the 2020 IAGC International Conference where we will welcome Generative Change experts and advocates from around the world to share, develop, learn, and enrich the field of Generative Change. Our theme this year is "Building a Generative Community" and we hope you will join us in doing just that.
