Your arrival
You can check in between 8am and 8pm during peak season or between 9am-1pm and 2pm-6pm the rest of the year.
Late arrivals: Late arrivals have until 1am to check in during peak season or 10pm the rest of the year. Outside reception opening times, please go to the restaurant and ask for the waiters or our caretaker to check you in – Please note: dinner is served until 8:30pm. Please make your own arrangements after this time. The stay must be paid in full upon arrival.
Please do not bring any valuables…You can keep your personal documents in the safe at reception or on you. The Trimurti Village bears no responsibility in case of loss or theft.
The entire stay is payable upon arrival.
Your confort
Lighten your luggage: we provide complimentary sheets, duvets, duvet covers and pillowcases. We provide towels to guests staying in a single or double room. Please bring your Bath towels and beach towels if you stay in a cabin, tent or in a beroom for 3 and more. Beds are made on arrival and sheets are changed on request during long stays. Our housekeeping department cleans the rooms upon departure – Bring a small torch especially if you are staying in a hut or tent.
Your peace of mind
Please do not bring any valuables… Your personal effects, your papers, keys and your hardwares (mobile, camera, computer ...) must be kept with you or placed in the individual lockers. We also have a safe of the reception if you wish to make a deposit during your stay. Trimurti cannot be held responsible in case of loss or theft. Your personal values are under your full responsibility, leave nothing important or valuable in your rooms or in common areas. For lockers, think of bringing a padlock. In case of forgetting, padlocks are for sale in the reception at the price of 5 €. A good advice : " come light "...
Your meals
Stays at the Trimurti Village include "all-inclusive" full board meals. As a rule, we serve buffets during the day and table service during the evening: breakfast, lunch, dinner + two snacks at 10am and 4pm (tea, coffee, herbal tea, squash, homemade cake and fresh fruit) – Unlimited rosé and red wines are served at meal times. Vegetarian and traditional dishes available (please inform us of your requirements in advance). Meal times: Please arrive between 1pm and 1:30pm at the latest for lunch and between 8pm and 8:30pm for dinner. Your pets
Pets are not allowed at the Trimurti Village.
Your communications
Please note that there are no telephones in the rooms at the Trimurti Village. Please ask your contacts to leave you a message at reception if they need to reach you: (00 33) (0) 4 94 55 55 75. Free and unlimited Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the Trimurti Village so don’t forget your laptop.
Your children
To ensure peace, quiet and safety, children are not allowed at the centre with the exception of babies with a parent (non-trainee) or a babysitter.
Smoking: Warning!
The Trimurti Village’s terraces alone are available for smokers. We count on you to be vigilant in this respect.
Swimming pool
The 25m long unsupervised swimming pool is supplied with spring water. It is open from May to October. Deckchairs are provided for total relaxation by the pool. Swimsuits are required during all the opening period. Bring your pool’s towels with you
Shop
Essentials are available at reception during opening times: razors, sun lotion, shampoo, batteries, mosquito repellent, postcards, stamps etc.
Medical Emergency
The town of St Martin de Londres located 5km from the Trimurti Village has all the facilities required in case of medical emergency: 4 doctors, pharmacy, dentist, physiotherapists, fire station etc.
Your departure
You must check-out of your room by 10am on the day of your departure.
